Martial Arts MMA & Kickboxing Classes

Our classes and programs run throughout the week, and each class is specifically tailored to different styles, experience levels and audiences. We have spent over 40 years perfecting the systems at Patenaude Martial Arts, and we try to make it easy for you to attend our classes.

Once you find the best times for you, we encourage you to arrive at least 5 minutes in advance.
